To all of our family and friends, we want to first thank all of you for being a very special part of our lives. When we started our wedding planning, we knew that we could not have this day without the presence of each one of you. On our website you will have all the information you need to properly plan your trip and where you will find everything you need to know about our wedding. More importantly, our website serves as your invitation where you can RSVP. We hope that all of our guests will be able to make it to our long awaited special day.
Looking back through the years, sometimes it is still hard to believe that two teenagers just trying to make the best out of a cold, wintery Friday night ended up years later sharing three kids, two dogs, a home and countless memories that could fill up endless photo albums and story books. Sixteen... yes, sixteen very long years ago, two ‘kids’ eyed each other at the food court at the Natick Mall and decided to spend the rest of the night hanging out. What was supposed to be a Friday night fling ended up lasting all winter break, and little did we know then, the rest of our lives. Throughout our teenage years and early twenties, we hung out sporadically. Life would take its course and off we both would go in separate directions. However, all through the years we somehow managed to stay in touch. Along the road we both met different people and thought that those were the people we were destined to be with. But God has His own way of showing us that we are not in charge of our own lives. As the saying in Proverbs 16:9 goes, “In his heart a man plans his course but the Lord determines his steps”. Years had gone by that we hadn’t spoken until one day the phone rang and behold, it was Tony on the other end of the line saying he was in Florida and inviting me to dinner. Long story short, as casual as ever he said, “Remember when we were kids and we joked that one day we'd get married? Well, I opened a company, I bought a house and I have big plans, do you wanna marry me and help me grow? Then we can try dating and see how it goes?” Fast forward six years after that conversation, here we are celebrating six years of marriage and finally being able to have the wedding that we’ve always wanted. We are beyond blessed to be sharing this day with so many of you who know how far back and how far along we have come as friends, husband and wife, mom and dad, but most importantly two beings becoming one through the blessings of God.
