Unfortunately, no. Think of a summer camp and that's the lodge. Once we have a better idea of who is staying at the lodge we will make sleeping arrangements for everyone, much like a seating chart. This means no privacy as the rooms are big with beds lining the walls. You can also rent an RV to camp on the grounds, camp in your van/truck, or however you prefer.
June 30th. As part of your RSVP, please text Jennifer @ 702-910-8020 and let her know if you plan to stay at the lodge and how (RV, camping in own vehicle, inside the lodge), so that she can plan the sleeping arrangements.
If you're staying with us on Friday 7/19, feel free to arrive at 6pm or later that Friday. If you are coming only for the ceremony/reception on Saturday, 7/20, please arrive no later than 4:30pm.
Highly unlikely. You might be able to catch an Uber/Lyft to the venue from town, but I wouldn't count on catching one back.
The plan is for everything to happen outside. It will be peak summer, so hopefully we do not have any rain, but if we do, there are indoor options as well.
Semi-formal. We want everyone to look their best and dress it up, but you do not need to go out and purchase a ball gown or tuxedo.
There is plenty of parking available for all guests.
We will have an assortment of lite beers, hard seltzers, wine and soft drinks.
Yes. Your kids are a part of our lives too! We do ask that you keep a close eye on your kids. Let's not have the kids running up to us during our dance, cake cutting etc.
We are registered on this site, Zola. However, we have built a life together and already have most of everything we need. It may be cheesy, but we really would prefer to have you with us on our day. If you'd like to contribute to our "honeymoon fund", we will have a card box at the reception or you can also do so on this site.
We will not be requiring masks, but you can opt for one if you are more comfortable. Although we'd love for all of our friends and family to be present, if you are sick, please do not attend.
No, the lodge is a pet free venue.
If we've allowed for any plus one's, you'll be able to add them when you RSVP on this site.
Do not wear white or anything closely related to white. The bridesmaids will be wearing a cedar rose color and the groomsmen will be wearing a deep navy blue color, so it may be best to avoid those colors as well.
Feel free to reach out to either one of us. If you're seeing this website, you know how to get in contact with us.
At the lodge, Verizon and T-Mobile does have coverage. We're not sure of other cell phone providers. Of note, you might not have service on your way to the lodge.
