Airport Options

There are 3 airports available to fly through, all of which are connected to Washington DC by the Metro (and by Uber). Dulles International is in Virginia and has a wide range of options. BWI is in Maryland and has great budget friendly options. Ronald Reagan is in Washington DC and is the most convenient if you are staying in Washington DC.

The DC Metro is the easiest way to get around and allows you to travel between Virginia, DC, and Maryland.

Getting Around

Once you’re here, the city is easy to explore by Metro, rideshare, or on foot. It can be difficult to find parking, so we recommend leaving your car once you arrive and embracing city life. Many of D.C.’s must-see attractions are close together, so bring comfortable shoes! We hope you take time to explore the monuments and stroll through the museums.
