Things To Do

Other things to see: - Art galleries, antiques and shops on Royal Street - ride the streetcar along St Charles street to view uptown New Orleans ($1.25 cash fare each way) - Cajun swamp tour - we recommend Airboat Adventures (http://www.airboatadventures.com/) ... we did the small airboat tour in September and had a wonderful time. They have larger boat options if you don't want to be as close to the gators. They also have transportation options from the hotels. Food to try: -chargrilled oysters (at Acme Oyster house, Drago's or Felix's) -po boy sandwich - lots of places in the Quarter have them - seafood and meat options available - gumbo - can have it with seafood or chicken and sausage
