Are face masks required?

Answer

Yes, face masks are required upon entry to the Venue at the Grove. We will encourage wearing face masks and social distancing as much as possible during the ceremony and reception.

Are you considering Covid-19?

Answer

As you know, the situation with the pandemic is still very serious at this time. Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to limit our wedding attendees to immediate family and the wedding party. Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors with plenty of seating available to ensure social distancing. The Venue does require that masks be worn upon entry. Please know that we would much rather have all of our family and friends celebrating with us in person on our special day, but we feel that everyone's health and safety are of primary importance. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. We suggest arriving at 4:00 pm so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! The Venue at the Grove has their own lot, and there’s lots of nearby street parking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! There is a place to do this when you RSVP through this website (see the RSVP tab above). Our caterer can easily accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free diets with advanced notice.

Are your ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, we will have tents and/or move both indoors. February in Phoenix is beautiful, and the average temperature is in the mid 70s. There is a chance it could be chillier, especially in the evening, so please check the weather and dress accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please refer to your invitation. In order to keep our guest list on track and due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
