If you’re arriving early, join us for cocktails in our hotel suite at Circa. Come by, say hello, and ease into the weekend with us. Light bites will be available. Attire is relaxed, whatever you’d wear to pre-dinner drinks in Vegas. Coming straight from the airport? That works too. We’ll be in our pre-dinner fits maybe some sequins will be involved. Completely optional. Come and go.
3:30 pm
Cocktail Attire. There’s no such thing as too extra in Vegas.
Caesar's is extremely strict on timing A party bus will depart from Circa at 2:30 PM to take guests to Caesars. Guests may enter the Venus Gardens beginning at 3:15 PM. We will exchange vows at 3:30 PM sharp. The party bus will transport all guests back to Circa for dinner at 4:30pm.
5:30 pm
Following the ceremony, we’ll return to Circa for dinner at the fabulous Barry’s Downtown Prime. Guests will enjoy drinks throughout the evening, as well as a seated dinner with a choice of appetizers and entrées, followed by dessert. No need to select your meal in advance. Just come hungry. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure you’re well taken care of.
8:00 pm
Once dinner concludes, we’ll head upstairs to Legacy Club on the 60th floor of Circa to continue the celebration. We’ve reserved an indoor lounge space with seating for all and access to the outdoor terrace and panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. Stay and dance, enjoy cocktails, step outside for the view, or settle in and take in the night as the celebration continues.
