Is there a dress code?

We invite our guests to have fun with their day wedding attire! Your inspiration is a Kentucky 'Day at the Races'; brightly colored dresses and light suits. Hats, fascinators and bow ties are encouraged!

Can I bring a date?

As our Brunch Reception is at our favorite local restaurant, we are limited to the amount of seats they have. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, please bring one! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please contact Jen directly and let her know your specific allergies or dietary restrictions.

Where should I park?

Answer

When you arrive at Old Friends Farm for the ceremony, please follow the signs guiding you where to park. Pull into the field by the pond and park facing the fence. Avoid the pond as the ground can be soft around it. The ceremony will be held in the large tobacco barn. Simply walk up the hill along the road. You will see the barn ahead on your left. For those with difficulty walking, please have someone drive up and drop you off in front of the barn. Then park with the other cars in the field by the pond. Please note That Old Friends Farm will be open to the public on the day of the ceremony. So, there may be people wandering about and on tours. There is free street parking for the reception at Local Feed.
