FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jennie Fagen and Tim Malloy
Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, and so are tuxes and gowns.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests can head straight to the reception, at the same location, where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The bride and groom will be excited to greet you at the Welcome Cocktails right at 3:30pm! We'll have hors d'eovres we'll be passing around and drinks, so you can nosh before the ceremony. The vineyard will be also be open during the day for tastings! So come by earlier if you like and enjoy the sunshine and wine.

Question

What about dinner? Do I need to choose an option?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will continue to pass hors d'eovres, followed by a Strolling Dinner. What is a Strolling Dinner? We want the wedding to be free-flowing and social, which means we don't want you to feel glued to one table for hours. Instead, you can mingle, bounce around the room, and sit where you like for dinner. We'll have food stations set-up around the room with different dinner options. So no need to choose an option-- you can try everything if you like!

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, yes, and yes. We will have a number of vegetarian and vegan options available, for both dinner and hors d'oeurvres. Our chef curated the majority of our menu to be gluten, dairy, and soy-free so there will be lots of healthy options. If you have any severe allergies please let us know.

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will be staying at the Springhill Suites and have a block of rooms reserved at a group rate. See Travel for more info. Shuttles will be going back and forth before and after.

Question

Is there an after-party, after the reception?

Answer

Yes! We'll be heading back to the hotel, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ewing Princeton South, where we'll grab a drink at the bar and keep the party going. Come join us, regardless of whether or not you're staying at the hotel.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space reasons, unless a plus one is specifically noted on your invitation please refrain from bringing another person.

Question

What if I need help getting to Crossing Vineyards?

Answer

Keep us posted on your travel schedule and we can connect you with others traveling at the same time!

Question

Answer

There will be complimentary valet parking available right at the venue, or if you are staying at the SpringHill Suites, we will have shuttles to and from.
