Tim & Jennie met at a magical place called, WeWork Labs (a co-working office space). They sat next to one another in the office, and made a habit of giving each other a hard time each and every day. They'd chat in the office, go on lunch "dates," out for drinks, and even played on a dodgeball league together (which Jennie used as an excuse to hang out with Tim more often). One day Jennie thought, "Aww crap. I like this guy. And now I have to tell him." Tim was oblivious, but felt the same. After going to see a film screening of Beauty & the Beast, Jennie worked up the courage to express her feelings. Before she could act, Tim stupidly said he had to go to Trader Joe's. Jennie said before you go I need to tell you I like you. He said he liked her too, and they shared their first kiss. Then Tim went grocery shopping. Then Tim finally asked her on a real date that week at Chelsea Piers. They played arcade games, bowled, grabbed drinks and have been dating ever since.
Tim and Jennie went on a trip to Spain back in September. Jennie had lived in Granada 10 years ago and her friends flew in from all over the world to reunite. Unbeknownst to Jennie, Tim was carrying a ring around on their travels to Málaga then Ronda, waiting to reach Granada, a place he knew was very special to Jennie. Their first night in Granáda, Jennie & Tim went out to a lookout point to watch the sun set, surrounded by street musicians, their friends, and a beautiful view of the famous Alhambra palace. As soon as the sun started setting, Tim approached Jennie with a gift-- a small photo album. It was filled with all the sticky notes she had written him in their office, little love notes, and he had saved every last one of them since even before they started dating. A few pages in there was a note from early on in their dating that read, "Will you go on a date with me?" 1) yes 2) no 3) maybe and a fourth option Jennie wrote in 4) definitely yes. On the next page was a new sticky note, "Will you marry me?" with options 1) yes 2) definitely yes 3) yes x infinity. Tim got on his knee and proposed. She picked yes x infinity.
