Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends that are walking down the aisle with us.

Sarah DeMeo

Maid of Honor

My big sister by three years, my built-in best friend, and the ultimate co-star in this lifelong sisterhood movie. Some say we look like twins (I’ll take it), and growing up, we were rarely apart — usually glued to a rom-com, dreaming about our future weddings while watching Maid in Manhattan, The Parent Trap, 27 Dresses, and countless others. Sarah is witty, protective, and always ready to listen, offer advice, a trip to shop, or wine.

Kaycie Bell

Bridesmaid

Kaycie is Armani’s little sister and my newest built-in sister and source of entertainment. She is armed with the most fun, chaotic energy, she is the life of every room and always is the first to make everyone start giggling. She’s finishing her degree at Spelman College in Atlanta, where she is known for trying out new recipes for her series “Cooking with Kay” and always keeps the energy high. She’s got a golden heart, a contagious laugh, and a way of turning moments into great stories after. I couldn’t be luckier to gain not just a sister-in-law but a sister who feels like sunshine and lots of spark.

Nicole Durst

Bridesmaid

We met freshman year at Miami University when Nicole spilled to our mutual friend that I seemed cool and she wanted to be friends. Sophomore year we solidified this friendship with what is probably a shockingly high amount of visits to Starbucks and our favorite spot at Miami: Krishna Indian Restaurant. We were inseparable, true besties — from late-night talks, hosting wine nights with philosophical conversations, and nights out on the dance floor, to living together senior year and laughing our way through every college adventure.

Neha Dias

Bridesmaid

Neha and I met through our dear friend Sai after college in Columbus — though honestly, it’s wild we didn’t meet sooner. We were both Psychology majors at Miami University, and I swear she was our server during “Tini Tuesdays,” but fate clearly wanted to save our friendship for just the right time. She’s an author, an ice skater, a dino-lover, and one of the most thoughtful humans I know. Neha lives in Charleston with her husband and their adorable rescue dog, Scooby, and brings warmth, creativity, and pure sunshine wherever she goes.

Anna-Marie Chiwanga

Bridesmaid

We met at brunch — and while everyone else was mid-conversation, we were taking selfies, cracking jokes, and starting what would become one of my most joy-filled friendships. Anna-Marie is the funniest person I know — the kind of friend who can make a whole room cry laughing and still somehow manage to ask how your heart is doing. A lawyer and proud Philly native, she lived in D.C. for a while, where we shared countless laughs and spontaneous adventures. Our friendship began in a brunch booth and has since turned into one of the brightest spots in my life.

Alexis Smith

Bridesmaid

Alexis came into my life a few years ago thanks to our mutual friend Chris — and what a gift that introduction turned out to be. A lawyer by day and the life of any gathering by night, Alexis is full of energy, humor, and the best spontaneous ideas. We’ve spent so many weekends in D.C. exploring farmers markets, holiday pop-ups, and cozy outdoor events — the kind of friend who makes every season feel like a celebration. She’s my go-to for adventure, and perfectly-timed “we should do something fun” texts.

Derika Crowley

Bridesmaid

Derika, aka "Dee" was my SolidCore coach first — and now, she’s family. Truly. After class, we’d grab coffee and talk about everything from life goals to random hilarious tangents, and somewhere between lunges and lattes, we became inseparable. She has this magnetic way of connecting with everyone she meets, building community with her energy and heart.

Jocelyn Collins

Bridesmaid

Jocelyn became friends with Armani through a leadership program in Maryland — and from the moment I met her, I knew I was meeting family. We first connected over the phone and then met in person in D.C., where her kindness and warmth immediately wrapped around us like a hug. Jocelyn and her family have been there for us every step of our relationship — cheering us on and showing up in the most selfless ways. Whether it’s throwing a birthday party for Armani or planning a bridal shower for me, Jocelyn’s love language is showing up — and we’re so lucky she always does. She resides in the DMV with her loving golden doodle, Mickey, and works as a lobbyist and lifelong advocate.

Brandon Wallace

Best Man

Brandon’s basically my big brother. We met when I was working in education after college, and he’s been that steady presence ever since—someone I can always count on for advice, perspective, and a good laugh. He even let me live with him while I was studying for the bar. Brandon’s an English professor who teaches African American literature, a proud dad to his amazing daughter Zora, and one of the funniest, most charismatic people I know. He’s that older brother who keeps me grounded while keeping me laughing.

Tevernaugh Davis

Groomsman

Tevernaugh’s my day one. We’ve been tight since junior year of high school. He’s steady, thoughtful, and one of those brothers who’s always there when you need him, but just as quick to jump into an adventure or an anime binge. Jamaican roots, calm presence, solid heart. He’s a software engineer near Atlanta now, but to me he’ll always be that brother I can sit and talk with for hours like no time’s passed.

Pierre Lucien

Groomsman

Pierre’s my brother from my law school years (& Alpha), a world traveler, and one of those people who’s brilliant without ever needing to prove it. We were proctors together at Harvard, and from our first photo with a dog that wasn’t mine, we’ve been boys ever since. He once helped me move by taking a turn driving from Florida to Ohio without mentioning he hadn’t touched a wheel in years, but that kind of showing up sums him up perfectly. Haitian roots, PhD from Oxford, now based in New York. Pierre’s got that dry wit, sharp mind, and easy confidence that make him unforgettable anywhere he goes.

Pranav Lokin

Groomsman

Pranav and I met years ago as summer associates at a law firm, and he’s been a solid friend ever since he treated me to dinner at Bahama Breeze during my year in Tampa. He’s sharp, hilarious, a true loverboy, and always down to talk sports, whether it’s flying out to sit ringside at a UFC fight or debating soccer lineups. He went to Emory Law and lives in Atlanta now. Outside of work, he’s thoughtful, quick with a joke, and one of those friends who makes any room better just by being there.

Saidi Wadesisi

Groomsman

If you know Sai, you already know life’s never dull when he’s around. He’s the most adventurous person I know. Half the time I’m not sure if he’s in New York, Italy, or biking through the Alps. For the record, Jenni knew him first—they go back to college—but once she introduced us, Sai became my brother too. He can be a little chaotic in the funniest way, but his warmth, humor, and ability to make friends anywhere more than make up for it. He’s always on the move, always laughing, usually with a Yuengling in hand, and always turning moments into stories. He’s also known for leaving long voicemails and calling me at inconvenient times, usually just to tell a story he could’ve texted, but that’s part of what makes him who he is.

Dawit Gessese

Groomsman

Dawit’s that grounding presence every friend group needs. We met my first year of law school, and since then he’s been someone I turn to for unfiltered advice and perspective. Delaware raised, now in New York working in private equity, and recently became a father to his son Gideon. He’s low-key, but bring up rap (especially Dipset) or Black culture, and he lights up. Thoughtful, consistent, and someone I’m grateful to call a friend.

Chris Watts

Groomsman

Chris is larger than life in every possible way. We met when I was living in Tampa after law school, and he’s been my guy ever since. Loud, hilarious, and always down for whatever—whether it’s a late-night conversation, a party, or some random adventure. A Georgia boy from Warner Robins, now a lawyer in D.C., Chris brings life wherever he goes. He loves red wine, good music, and once bought a Porsche with a scholarship. Wild, supportive, and a friend who I can count on for whatever.

Paul Riley

Groomsman

Paul’s the funniest person I know, hands down. We met at Williams & Connolly, and he’s been my go-to for laughs, encouragement, music, and unfiltered takes ever since. Philly through and through, he recently moved back home after years in D.C. Columbia Law grad, future senator and/or hot-take podcaster, quick on his feet, and somehow always the center of the room without trying. If Paul’s around, you already know it’s going to be a good time.
