One of the best live music venues in the country!! Also a great place for a morning workout!
It’s a gorgeous park with trails into the Flatirons on the edge of town.
Estes Park is a town in northern Colorado. It’s known as a base for the Rocky Mountain National Park, home to wildlife including elk and bears, plus miles of trails. The park’s Trail Ridge Road winds past craggy peaks, forests and tundra. Nearby are the wilderness areas of Roosevelt National Forest. The Estes Park Aerial Tramway connects the town to the summit of Prospect Mountain for views over the valley. Watch out for elk roaming Main Street. And don’t forget to tour the infamous Stanley Hotel from the movie The Shining.
About a 40 minute drive from Denver, it's a steep but short (less than a mile) hike to one of the best views for out-of-towners. We love taking Murphy here, too!
