When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP before September 1st (but even sooner is better).

What's the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at Shupe Homestead. Your left hand turn off of CO-66 will be onto a dirt road. Once you get to the homestead, parking will be just past the house. Don't be alarmed - you will feel like you are pulling up to someone's private residence...you are. The Shupes have turned their land into a quaint little wedding venue! Cars are OK to stay overnight, but must be picked up by 9am Saturday.

What's the attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire, but please be comfortable! And don't forget a second layer for after the sun goes down.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any dietary restrictions we should know about, including food allergies or vegetarian preferences.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Our numbers are limited due to the size of the venue, so there's no easy way to put this...we've only got space for our nieces and nephews. Plus, we want this to be a party and a night out for YOU! If you're traveling into town for the wedding with kiddos and need a babysitter, please let Jenn know ASAP and we're sure we can find a highly qualified pediatric nurse to hang out with them for the evening!!

Will there be a shuttle to and from the wedding?

Yes! We have shuttle both to and from the venue... To the wedding -One shuttle (25-person) leaving Springhill Suites (1470 Drive Creek Drive, Longmont) at 3:15 and stopping at Fairfield Inn and Suites (1089 Hover St., Longmont) -Two shuttles (2 x 25-person) leaving Springhill Suites at 3:30 and stopping at Fairfield Inn and Suites From the wedding -Looping shuttle from Shupe Homestead to Fairfield Inn and Suites and Springhill Suites between 7:30-10:00
