Embassy Suites Walnut Creek

We have secured a block of rooms for both Saturday and Sunday nights under the code "Moore Swaim Wedding" or "MSW." Links and phone numbers for making reservations will be provided to you by email. All guests of the Embassy Suites are also invited to a meetup Monday morning from 8:00 - 10:00 am in the hotel's breakfast area.

Flight

Oakland International Airport

This is the best airport to fly into, as it is closest to Walnut Creek. If you prefer to fly into San Francisco International Airport, you'll have to travel a greater distance to Walnut Creek hotels, although this is still manageable using BART transportation or car rental.

Shuttle

Limos to and from Wedding

May 28, 2023 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We are thrilled to provide two shuttles for transportation service between the Embassy Suites and Wildwood Acres on the day of the ceremony. Two shuttles will leave Embassy Suites no later than 4:10 to arrive at the venue between 4:30 and 4:45. You will not be permitted inside the venue before 4:30 pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm. If you are NOT staying at the Embassy Suites, you can still use the shuttles! To do so, park your car across the street in the BART station parking lot and then walk over to Embassy Suites. There is no charge for parking. Shuttles will depart Wildwood Acres both at 10PM and 11PM and drops off at both Embassy Suites, and if needed, the wedding party’s AirBnB.

House Or Rental

Airbnb / Vrbo / Other Hotel

You are of course welcome to rent an Airbnb or VRBO, or make other lodging arrangements for your party at or near the Walnut Creek or Lafayette areas!

Travel Note

Uber or Lyft

Uber and Lyft car services are a fine option for transporting guests from their airport of arrival to the Walnut Creek Embassy Suites or an Airbnb/Vrbo or other lodging. Both car services cover the Lafayette area and should be available to ferry passengers to and from the Wildwood Acres venue as needed.
