Option 1: Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) The airport is about 20 miles from downtown and the hotel. Flights tend to be a little bit more expensive because it's a regional airport but definitely most convenient. Option 2: Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) Charlotte is about 2 hr 15 min drive to Asheville. Option 3: Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) Atlanta is about 3.5 hr drive to Asheville.

There are many beautiful cabin rental options in and around the Asheville area. If you do choose to go the cabin route vs. hotel, we have looked at Willow Winds and highly recommend them for their lovely cabins as well as the location which is in close proximity to downtown and our wedding venue.
