Formal Attire
Join us for an elegant and magical evening at Walt Disney World! We kindly request formal attire, with women in gowns, formal dresses, or dressy jumpsuits, and men in a suit and tie or tuxedo. To help our wedding party shine, we ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, light gray, or forest green. As part of the Disney magic, guests will take a short walk to our ceremony location, so we recommend comfortable shoes or bringing a pair for the journey.
5:30am-6:00 am
Transportation to the ceremony will begin at 4:30 AM. Guests staying on Disney property will be picked up from Disney's All-Star Music Resort and Disney's BoardWalk Inn. Guests driving their personal vehicles on Disney property must park at the Disney Wedding Pavilion, where transportation will be provided to the ceremony location. Please note: There will be only one scheduled pickup. Guests who miss transportation will unfortunately be unable to attend the ceremony, so please plan accordingly and arrive on time. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend wearing or bringing comfortable footwear that still aligns with our formal dress code, as guests will need to walk to the ceremony location.
7:00am- 8:00am
Shortly after the ceremony, guests will be escorted back to transportation and taken to a cocktail hour at St. James Patio at Disney's BoardWalk Inn. Please note that there will be only one bus departure from the ceremony location. To ensure you don't miss cocktail hour, we kindly ask that all guests board transportation promptly when directed.
8:00am-12:00pm
Following cocktail hour, please join us for a brunch reception featuring a buffet inspired by some of our favorite Walt Disney World dining experiences. Vegetarian options and other dietary accommodations will be available for guests who indicate their needs on their RSVP. Enjoy an open bar throughout the celebration, along with a few magical surprises we have planned. We can't wait to share this special morning with our family and friends! Please note that transportation will not be provided following the reception.
7:00pm-9:30pm
Casual Attire: We want everyone to be comfortable! Feel free to wear casual, neat, and comfortable clothing. Sundresses, skirts, khakis, polos, button-down shirts, and nice jeans are all welcome. Please avoid athletic wear, swimwear, and clothing with offensive graphics. Guests should arrive at the main entrance of EPCOT and check in at the designated time for fireworks viewing. Once the group is escorted to the viewing area, late arrivals will not be permitted to join. Transportation will not be provided. Guests may use Disney resort transportation, Uber/Lyft, or their own vehicle to travel to EPCOT. Please note that a cash bar will be available at this event.
