FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Ceremony & Reception: Formal Attire We kindly request formal attire for our ceremony and reception. Examples include floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits and ties, or tuxedos. Dessert Party: Casual Attire For the dessert party, we invite guests to dress comfortably while still looking polished. Sundresses, skirts, khakis, polos, button-down shirts, nice jeans, and casual dresses are all great choices. Please avoid swimwear, athletic wear, and clothing with offensive graphics. We want everyone to be comfortable while celebrating with us throughout the weekend!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for both the ceremony and the reception. All guests must meet at the designated pickup location to board transportation to the ceremony. Personal vehicles will not be permitted at the ceremony venue inside Animal Kingdom, so guests are required to use the provided transportation.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is planned for outdoors, but should the weather have other ideas, we’ll move to a beautiful indoor location. The reception will be held indoors.

Question

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones and cameras away so everyone can be present. Feel free to take photos during the reception!

Question

What type of reception will this be?

Answer

Our celebration will be a brunch reception featuring a buffet-style meal with a variety of options for everyone to enjoy. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please indicate any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special meal requests when submitting your RSVP. We will work with our venue and catering team to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Question

Do I need a park ticket to attend either the ceremony or dessert party?

Answer

No, you do not need a park ticket to attend either of these events. However, if you would like to enter EPCOT before the designated check-in time for the dessert party, you will need to purchase valid park admission. Guests arriving at the designated check-in time for the dessert party do not need a park ticket.
