Wedding 5k Fun Run/Walk

Check the weather and wear comfortable running gear for a fun run or walk!
Please join us for our pre-wedding reception 5k fun run or 1 mile walk option! As runners ourselves, we wanted to invite anyone who will be in town to come and enjoy one of our favorite running trails around the river. Parking can be limited, so if you can carpool with someone, that would be great! We will plan to go to Spoken Moto afterwards to get some grub for all who want to get their brunch on! There are several different food trucks so you can have your pick of whatever sounds good. If you don’t want to wake up early and run, but are around, please join us at the food trucks around 11:30 a.m. for some grub! If the AQI is above 150, we will cancel the run due to smoke. We will still meet at the food trucks around 11:30 a.m. because we gotta eat!

Many of our guests are coming from out of town and we SO appreciate the effort you have taken to join us for our celebration! We welcome all of our family, friends, and out of towners, to stop by and say hello at one of our favorite hangout breweries in town. We want to be able to make the most of the weekend to visit with all of our guests, and so we hope you can join us for a drink, a snack, or dinner - whatever works for your Friday night schedule! We will be posted up here all evening to spend some time with you all.

Wedding Reception

Our wedding reception will give you a glimpse into our wedding ceremony from 2020 and we will get to finally celebrate and have some fun! Come ready for a cocktail hour and photos with the bride & groom, followed by dinner & dancing! We encourage people to Uber/Lyft to and from the event to fully enjoy the reception! However, if you choose to drive, parking is available in front of the lodge and the reception will be held behind the lodge outside. If you drive and decide to Uber/Lyft home at the end of the night, you will be able to pick up your car on Sunday morning between 9am and noon. Also, please note that all festivities will be outdoors and it could be hot before the sun sets and cool when the sun goes down, so come prepared! Lastly, our reception will be an adults only affair, with the exception of family and our friends with children 3 years old and younger. **We will have masks available at the reception for those that might want one to feel more comfortable.

Please stop by for some brunch bites at our home the day after the reception! We would love to thank you all again in person for coming to celebrate with us and share our home with you as well. Come by whenever you can and for however long you can - we just want to see your faces and say goodbye! If you have your kiddos here for the weekend, we would love to see them once more before you go!
