Question

How much is the deposit to secure a room at the reserved group rate?

Answer

The deposit is $50 per person for double occupancy. The deposit is $100 for single occupancy.

Question

For double occupancy, how can we separate our payments?

Answer

Please email Rene at rwills@destinationweddings.com and she can provide each roommate with their own payment link.

Question

Are children free?

Answer

Children 3 and younger are free, you are only responsible for their transfers ($49). Children 4 - 17 are $57/per night plus transfers.

It's now beyond all deadlines, can I still come?!

Answer

Yes! You must place your room request directly through Rene Wills and be ready to pay in full. We will be notified when you've paid for your room and we will re-execute our contract to include your room in the Group Blocked Rooms.

Can I pay for my room outside of the Group Room Block?

Answer

NOPE! The Group Block allows us to plan, account for and PAY for all attendees at the formal/private events.

Question

I really can only stay for 2 nights, what are my options to still be included in the Group Block?

Answer

The current individual rate for 2 nights is $548pp for double occupancy + $116 to be included in the Group. A two-night stay doesn't come with resort credits. As a better alternative, you can book for a 3-night stay and check out a night early. You must contact Rene (rwills@destinationweddings.com) to book this option.

Question

Can I book at a nearby resort and still attend the wedding?

Answer

NOPE! This is option is completely outside of our contract and pricing options for you to come on the resort for one day as well as attend our private events will far exceed anything you’re saving by booking at a separate resort. BUT, if you did it anyway, you will have to pay the daily resort fee to come onto the resort and make sure you notify us because you won't be included in our count for our events otherwise.

Question

An emergency occurred, can I cancel my reservation?

Answer

Yes, as long as it’s before November 1st, 2018! After this point we will have confirmed all guests and made payments for you at our private events. Please do not cancel AFTER November 1st if you love us.
