FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab here on out website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here for you to mark as "attending" or "declining".

Question

When should I RSVP by ?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 20th so that we can give our vendors a final count to prepare for! Unfortunately, if you are not rsvp'd by this deadline we will have to mark you as not attending.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to attend our wedding please still visit the rsvp tab and type in your name and "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. We hope you all can make it, but we understand schedules may conflict.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guests name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, this will be an adult only occasion. The only kids in attendance will be of immediate family and a part of our ceremony. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night, and we appreciate you making arrangements for your kiddos while you celebrate with us!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm so we kindly ask you arrive by 2:45 to ensure plenty of time for parking, finding a seat, and settling in. Anyone not seated by 3pm will have to remain outside the venue until the ceremony is complete and we really don't want you to miss this special moment!!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is cocktail/semi formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses or a pantsuit. Gentleman can wear collared shirt with dress pants (Jacket/tie optional as we understand August heat can be no joke) . No jeans please! Wear whatever color you like, but please no white, cream, or ivory.

Question

I have a food allergy, is it safe for me to eat what's being served?

Answer

Please reach out to Sterling or I personally if you have any food allergies or need special diet accommodations. We will gladly work with you to find out if our menu is of conflict to your diet, and find better alternatives for us to serve you instead. We want to ensure everyone has a meal that is suitable for them!

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you... get ready to celebrate! We just ask those who plan on drinking to bring cash in anticipation of tipping our wonderful bartender. Non alcoholic drinks will be available as well.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

Majestic has plenty of paved parking spots right on venue property to accommodate everyone! With that being said, there is a brief walk from the parking lot to the ceremony location so please prepare accordingly. The walk is paved the whole way and there will be signs to direct you.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We want you all to make countless memories with us!
