They are also offering a non-cancelable room block rate of $289 a night for a regular room and $529 a night for an upgraded suite down from $725! The cut off to be added to a room block at the greater discounted price is March 1st and you will need to let Ryan or myself know directly, no need to reach out to the hotel in that case.
