Nick and Jenna first met in the fall of 2014 at the University of Arizona, where they were both living in the same dorm, Yavapai. Their shared enthusiasm for Star Wars became the cornerstone of their friendship, quickly turning them from casual acquaintances into fast friends. Tailgating and going to University of Arizona football games, attending the UofA Carnival, and going out to eat and have "family" dinner with their friend group became some of their favorite activities. Nick ended up leaving the University of Arizona at the end of the 2014/2015 school year and moved back to California. Over the next three years, their bond deepened, marked by countless late-night conversations over the phone about their favorite movies, life updates, shared experiences, and growing mutual respect. Their friendship eventually blossomed into romance during a memorable trip to Las Vegas for Nick's 21st birthday. It was there that their connection took a new turn from friends to something more. Sharing their first kiss in the Las Vegas airport, felt like a perfect start to what was to come. A month later Nick visited Jenna in Arizona and on April 7th, 2017 Nick asked Jenna to be his girlfriend. As their relationship progressed, they faced the challenge of long-distance love. For over a year, they navigated the distance between Tucson, Arizona, and Fontana, California. This was followed by a period of being apart from San Francisco to Fontana. They sent care packages, became frequent fliers, and cherished every reunion. Eventually, Jenna moved to Rancho Cucamonga, and the physical distance between Nick and Jenna was finally closed. Together, they celebrated significant milestones, including graduations and work promotions while falling in love with each other's families strengthening each other's commitment and love to one another. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jenna and Nick decided to take another big step and moved in together in Riverside, California. It was there that they found Mai Tai, their beloved cat, who was a stray kitten wandering in the desert. Bringing her into their home was one of the highlights of that challenging year. In 2022, Jenna and Nick relocated to the vibrant city of San Francisco. It was in this city that their journey took another beautiful turn. While traveling in Japan in 2023, Nick proposed in front of a serene pagoda in Kyoto, marking six wonderful years together with a promise of forever. Now, Jenna and Nick are overjoyed to invite you to celebrate their love in the breathtaking city of Cartagena, Colombia. This vibrant, beachfront city will be the perfect backdrop for blending their Colombian and Irish heritages. Jenna and Nick look forward to creating unforgettable memories with all of their loved ones in this stunning, culturally rich location. Your presence will make the celebration complete, and they can’t wait to share this special moment with you in paradise.
