Will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation from our hotel blocks to Castle Hill Inn and back! Schedule below: - Newport Marriott: Pick up at 4:00pm. Buses will depart promptly at 4:10pm - Hampton Inn: Pick up at 4:00pm. Buses will depart promptly at 4:10pm - Red Parrot Turnaround*: Pick up at 4:00pm. Buses will depart promptly at 4:10pm *This is a general pick up location for those staying downtown. You may also take advantage of the hotel pick-ups as those will not be full solely with hotel guests and there will be plenty of room! - Buses will depart on a rolling basis from Castle Hill Inn beginning at 10pm, with final departures at 11:15pm. Buses will drop off at all three of the above locations, as well as The Fastnet Pub. Please ask the planning team or your driver to confirm drop off location.

Are little ones welcome at the wedding or welcome party?

While we love kids, we've chosen to limit our welcome party, wedding ceremony, and reception to adults.

As soon as possible. Newport is very popular during the summer months and we want to ensure you get a reservation at one of our room blocks!

Yes, AOT Global provides airport transfers. Please contact them in advance to make your reservation.

Is the ceremony taking place outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony is out on the lawn so please choose your shoe choice appropriately.
