Jenna and Matt met the modern way, on Hinge. After Jenna shared her number, Matt realized he already asked her out... two years prior. Jenna somehow left the man of her dreams on read, but the universe gave her another chance to meet him in December 2022. The couple had their first date at B'artusi in West Village. Afterwards, Matt walked Jenna home only to realize they lived just two blocks away from each other. Over the next few weeks, their connection became undeniable. After celebrating Christmas separately with their families and talking every day, they eagerly flew back to NYC to celebrate New Year's Eve together. It wasn't long before they knew they were meant to be. A year and a half later in June 2024, Matt told Jenna they were going to dinner with his coworkers. To her surprise, he instead took her up to the rooftop of their apartment and asked her to marry him. Her answer was an emphatic yes!

Over the course of their relationship, Jenna & Matt have traveled near and far, from Greece (where they first said I love you!) to many east coast destinations. On a recent trip to Newport, the couple visited Castle Hill Inn and couldn't help but notice their dreamy wedding space. After days of seaside strolls and dozens of oysters, Newport became an obvious choice for the perfect place to say "I do!"
