Providence is the closest airport to fly into when traveling to Newport. It is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Newport.

Flying into Boston usually allows for more flexibility and cheaper flights. The drive from Boston to Newport is about 1.5 hours and will require a rental car or train.

Amtrak - Kingstown Station

For our guests traveling from New York City, the Amtrak to Kingstown Station is a great option. The station is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Newport, with Ubers/Lyfts available.

We have reserved a room block at the Newport Marriott on Saturday and Sunday ($539/night). This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Newport near shops, restaurants, and Bowen's Wharf and is about a 15-minute drive from the wedding venue. This is also the location of our Welcome Party! You must book on or before 5/15/26 to receive this rate. A two-night minimum stay is required when booking through the room block. Sonesta Select Newport Middletown

We have reserved a room block at the Sonesta Select Newport Middletown on Saturday ($249/night) and Sunday ($189/night). Middletown is next to Newport and offers better hotel prices and deals. This hotel is about a 15-minute drive from downtown Newport and about a 25-minute drive from our wedding venue. You must book on or before 4/30/26 to receive this rate. A two-night minimum stay is required for bookings starting on Saturday, but a single-night stay can be booked on Sunday.
