What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for welcome drinks is dressy casual. Men in dress shirts, polos, blazers and khakis or nice jeans. Women in sundresses, jumpsuits, or nice jeans and a blouse. The dress code for the wedding is summer/coastal formal. Think elegant but with a relaxed, seaside vibe. Men in suits and women in midi or long floral/summery-colored dresses or formal jumpsuits. Please note, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the lawn, weather permitting. Please choose footwear with this in mind.

What time should I arrive?

Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the venue as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM. Guests may arrive to the venue as early as 5:00 PM, but please arrive no later than 5:15 PM.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from Castle Hill Inn on the day of the wedding. We will have pick up and drop off locations in both downtown Newport and Middletown where there are room blocks, though you do not need to stay at these locations to use the provided transportation. Schedule to come. If you'd like to schedule a personal driver, please reach out to Orange Cab Company at 401-841-0030. Ubers and Lyfts are also available in the area.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our celebration an adults-only event. We hope this will be a fun evening for you to relax and enjoy. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests and can only allow the people named on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Do I need a car?
Answer
No, downtown Newport is very walkable and there are also Ubers/Lyfts in the area. If you do have a car, most hotels will offer valet/parking garages but public/on-street parking is quite limited. If you are staying in Middletown and do not want to rely on external transportation to get around, we recommend bringing a car.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes, there is valet parking at Castle Hill Inn. You are able to leave your car overnight, but you must pick up your car by 11 AM the next day. The Newport Marriott and Sonesta Select also have onsite parking available for guests.

Should I make reservations ahead of time?
Answer
If you are joining us in Newport for the wedding weekend, we recommend making dinner reservations on Friday 6/12 and Saturday 6/13. Please see our "Things to Do" page for restaurants in the area. June is a busy time of year in Newport so be sure to book accommodations and dinner plans ahead of time!

Will kosher options be available?
Answer
Yes, kosher options will be available during the cocktail hour and dinner for our guests who keep kosher. Information on how to select kosher options will be included on your RSVP.
