Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

Ceremony start time is 3:30pm!

Checking in at the hotel and arriving to the ceremony on time

Answer

Since we have an earlier start time of 3:30pm, hotel rooms might not be ready for check-in before the shuttle leaves. We suggest arriving to the hotel wedding ready at 2pm to drop off your bags with the bell desk for them to be ready for you once we return to the hotel after the reception is over. The shuttle will leave for The Oaks at 2:30pm!

Do I have to have a hotel reservation to take the shuttle?

Answer

Yes, hotel reservation is required for the shuttle. And we hope you do! Skip the expensive Uber or 20min + drive to and from Castle Rock and stay at the hotel to keep the party going at the after party, plus it makes the whole day easier for you.

When is the last day I can book a hotel room?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore and love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers. We are only able to invite children of immediate family. If we were unable to invite your kiddos, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and have a night out!

What if I can't make it?

Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will Not Attend" on the menu above. If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Jenna (720) 201-8692 or Luke (303) 638-6090

Can I bring a plus one?

We've allocated guests to accommodate to our seating chart, please RSVP for the designated count of people assigned to your party!

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Go all out! Jewel tones would be perfect. *Please no jeans or denim*

Do I need a reservation for brunch on Sunday?

Answer

We do not have a group reservation for Sunday. If you'd like to join us for Brunch at the Garden Terrace on the 27th, you can book your own table (or just walk down that morning) and we are coordinating with the hotel to put all of us in the same area of the restaurant! It is an incredible feast to help cure any post wedding symptoms :)

Will there be Thanksgiving leftovers?
