Where is the best place for me to fly in to?

Answer

If you're flying in to Lynchburg, the closest airport is in fact Lynchburg, however, flights can sometimes be a bit pricey, so flying in to Roanoke or Charlottesville (1 hour away), Richmond (2 hours away) or maybe even DC or Charlotte (3.5 hours away each) could possibly be more affordable.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual! If you are unsure of what this means exactly, please see this definition that we copy, pasted, and edited from the internet - Girls - Summer sundress? Totally appropriate. Wedges or dressy sandals? Wow, perfect footwear for a casual wedding! Ultimately, we just want you to feel beautiful in whatever you wear. Boys - Wear dress pants or khaki pants with a collared shirt. If you feelin' fancy, you can add a tie or sports jacket - but hey, it's not required. All - Maybe steer clear of any t-shirts, tennis shoes, blue jeans, & shorts.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00, so probably aim to get there 15-30 minutes before that.

I need to stay overnight, where can I stay?

Answer

Typically there are a lot of available hotel rooms and airbnbs in the Summer in Lynchburg, as all of the college students are gone, so finding accommodation shouldn't be too big of an issue.
