Flight

O'Hare Airport

O'Hare is the largest airport in Chicago with all major airlines (except Southwest) flying in. It is only a ~30 minute taxi/ uber into the city, or you can also take the Blue L Train which is much cheaper and can get you to the Loop (where the venue and hotels are) in under 1 hour.

Flight

Midway Airport

Southwest is the primary airline at Midway (minimal Delta flights) and comes direct from most airports they fly to. Newark does not have any Southwest flights anymore, so this wouldn't really work for Jason's family!

Train

Union Station

Coming from the west suburbs and don't want to drive? Union station serves Amtrak and local Metra trains, and is only a ~10 minute walk from the venue and hotels.

Hotel Parking - Option 1

Towers garage at 211 West Adams (about a block from the W, 2 from the Residence Inn). Pre-reserving parking will have a cost savings (and I believe in and out privileges)

Trader’s Parking (329 s Franklin) is about 2 blocks from the W, 3 from the Residence Inn and does have a lower price point than towers, also pre-reserving the parking here has cost savings.
