Question
What are the directions if I am taking a shuttle?
Answer
The shuttle will be picking up guests from the preferred hotel (Holiday Inn Express) starting at 3:45PM and will leave by 4:10PM. Please make sure that you are not late, as there will not be other shuttles to bring you to the venue. The shuttle will also transport guests after the reception back to the preferred hotel. Guests are welcome to stay at a different hotel, and catch the shuttle from the preferred hotel.

What are the directions if I am not taking a shuttle?
Answer
To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow the below directions instead of using GPS, as GPS does not yet provide a reliable route to the property: Directions from Route 64 - Take exit 121 Scottsville/Charlottesville - Head toward Scottsville (left off exit) onto Route 20 South (~16 miles) - Take a left onto James River Road/Route 726 - Arrive at a stop sign and take a left onto Blenheim Road (~2/3 miles) - The sign for Mount Ida Farm and Vineyard will be to your right - Cross through the iron gates and take an immediate left. Follow road to Event Barn.

What will be there to eat and drink?
Answer
The dinner will be buffet style, and there will be a partial open bar including wine, beer, and specialty drinks.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
As much as we love and adore all of the children in our life, we are only able to invite a few close family member's children.

The wedding is semi-formal, so we encourage you to wear cocktail attire.
