How can I RSVP?

When the formal wedding invitations are sent out it will have a QR code back to this site. At that time there will be an RSVP tab on this site. If you are having any difficulty feel free to reach out!

You're way ahead of the game! The RSVP deadline will be included on your invitation.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be limited to adults only so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

When the formal invitation is sent out it will be specified on your invitation.

Where Can I Find The Schedule For The Weekend?

For a detailed list of all events, including locations, times and everything in-between, it will be found under the "Day Of" section once invites are sent out.

Is There A Hotel Block?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Fairfield by Marriot Inn & Suites. This will be where the shuttle will be transporting from. Please find more information under the "Book Your Travel" section.

Is There Parking At The Venue?

Answer

There will be limited parking at the venue. We ask to try to save that parking for the local guest by utilizing the shuttle from the hotel that we have blocked. Find more information for the hotel and shuttle under the "Book Your Travel" tab.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal, black tie optional attire. We encourage knee-length, midi, or floor length dresses for ladies and dark-colored suits with ties or tuxes for gentlemen. Please reserve the color white and shades of white for the bride.

Are The Ceremony & Reception At The Same Location?

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at the same venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be seated and will have to wait until after the ceremony to enter.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

We will have beer and wine available, as well as two specialty cocktails.

What Should I Do If I Have Dietary Restrictions?

No problem at all! Just let us know if you have any food allergies when you RSVP. If you have any questions or concerns regarding catering, feel free to reach out to us directly!
