COVID-19 Updates

Answer

We will update any changes due to COVID-19 in this section. As of August, 2021, we're still on! Please, please, as your loved ones and healthcare professionals who were on front-line of this pandemic, we both strongly encourage vaccination. We know that our news is unfortunately polluted with inaccurate facts, so if you have questions about the vaccine and its safety or efficacy, we'd love to hear your thoughts and have a conversation about your hesitancy. If you are not vaccinated, or even if you are but are being more cautious due to kiddos, high-risk relatives, or personal caution, please honor us by wearing your mask. Thank you!

Shuttle?

Answer

Yes! Hosted by Colorado Adventure Tours. We'd love for you to enjoy a good party -- and, because we love you, we care about your safety. If you plan on drinking more than 1 drink, please take advantage of our shuttle! The shuttle will go from the Surf, the Best Western, & can pick up at other group locations if you let us know where you are staying (for example - we can pick a group spot on main street if a bunch of people are in Airbnbs or VRBOs close to each other).

Kids?

Answer

Adults only please. We love kiddos— and would love to hang out with yours at the playground, zoo, pool, birthday, etc.! We’d prefer the dinner and dance floor to be a space for our closest friends and families to be able to meet and get to know each other, reconnect with old friends, or have a much deserved date night with your better half! And, we want to be conscientious of the fact that vaccines for kiddos are not yet available and want to ensure the safety of our community. Of course, you coming is the most important, so if we can help with solutions for childcare, please reach out early to let us know!

Additional Guests?

Answer

Everyone gets a dancing buddy! Some dates you chose years ago (hey, you chose to have this person as your life partner!) and they are listed on the invite. If your save the date is for you and your invitation states “&guest”-you are welcome to cheers with a person of interest (as Jenna lovingly called Brian pre-official dating), a close friend, or another family member. If your invitation includes specific names, please respect that we are keeping a limited guest list 1) to ensure that we get to enjoy your company and have our families/friends connect by an intimate group 2) there are space limitations to our venue 3) limitations on group size for safety
