Jenna Stoeltje
Bride
Jenna was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She went to college at USC in Los Angeles and also briefly lived in Paris, France. After returning to Texas, she received an MBA from UTSA and started a career in commercial real estate development. Her passions include urban place-making, reading, and taking long walks in the springtime. She also loves female focused comedies, food, and her Frenchton, Kermit.
Brandon Stamps
Groom
Brandon was born and raised in a small Oklahoma town called Muldrow. He attended college at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith to seek a career in nursing. During college, he accepted an Army ROTC scholarship, which changed his trajectory. His first assignment in the Army led him to the state of Texas where he served honorably until leaving military service. Now, he works as a nurse in the burn unit at SAMCC and enjoys being a part-time (i.e. in home) barista and a full-time foodie.
Lauren Stoeltje
Maid of Honor
Lauren is the bride's younger sister. Being 5 years apart, there was lots of fighting growing up, but they're glad they have each other now. As kids, Lauren always wanted to do what Jenna did, and Jenna just wanted Lauren to go away! But now that they are older and Lauren lives in San Diego, it's Jenna who wishes that she could be around her little sister more often. At the end of the day, Lauren is Jenna's biggest supporter and Jenna is so glad that she'll be standing beside her on the big day.
Adam Silzell
Best Man
Throughout various dynamic changes in life, you can expect to find a few good friends along the way - Adam is one of those friends. Unbeknownst to them, their friendship started during the most unpredictable time in their lives: a physical fitness test in ROTC. You could say they were brothers after that as they were an inseparable duo. Over the years, they've managed to maintain the friendship despite the distance. It's true what they say, "The most beautiful discovery true friends make is that they can grow separately without growing apart."
Samantha Oltman
Bridesmaid
Sam and Jenna met in French class freshman year at the University of Southern California. They made fast friends over Wolfgang Puck pizza at the student union and even studied abroad together in Paris. The two have remained close friends, not letting the distance between San Antonio and San Francisco stand in the way.
Nathan Schroyer
Groomsman
Big things really do have small beginnings! The same can be said of the friendship between Nathan and Brandon. It started during their years of college and progressed through their adult years like a seamless fabric. One could compare the talented, humorous, genuine, and principled nature of Nathan to having all of the cake and eating it too, while still losing weight because you're not about those calories.
Erin Power
Bridesmaid
Erin and Jenna have known each other since middle school, when they sang in choir together. Their love of singing, choral competitions, and Renaissance Festivals made them friends through out high school and they often bonded over lunches in the Colloquium classroom. Their friendship has lasted into adulthood and they are still discovering common interests, like their newfound love of Indian food!
Aaron Stoeltje
Groomsman
Aaron is Jenna's little brother (or as she calls him - big, little bro). Aaron and Brandon have bonded over late nights of computer gaming and the occasional Spurs game. Neither one of them has a brother, but they will soon become brothers-in-law, which is the second best thing you could ask for.
Kermit
Pet
While his bad manners prevent him from attending the wedding, Kermit will be in Jenna's heart on the big day. Half French Bulldog and half Boston Terrier, he's the perfect mix of cute and cuddly. And like his mom, he looooves food.
Molly
Pet
Molly is all Yorkshire Terrier: feisty, fearless, and super protective of Brandon. For those reasons, she can't attend the wedding. She'll be waiting at home in her unicorn bed, burrowed in a blanket for dad to return home.
