What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before hand to settle in and find your seat.

What is the attire?

Answer

Formal Attire is requested. Flowy gowns, florals, and seasonal colors are all welcome as well as lightweight suits and dressy separates. The ceremony will be on grass so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear.

How far is the venue?

Answer

Stone Tower Winery is about a 30 minute drive from the Hyatt in Reston Town Center using the Dulles Toll Road. Otherwise, it is about a 50 minute drive without the toll road.

How far is the airport?

Answer

The airport is just a 15 minute drive to the Hyatt in Reston Town Center. Ubers are a great option to get to and from the airport! There is also a metro that will take you directly from the airport to Reston Town Center.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering shuttles from the Hyatt Regency in Reston Town Center. Shuttles will depart promptly at 4:30pm from the hotel to the venue. Return shuttles will depart from the venue at 10pm & 11pm. See our travel page for more details. The venue is in a more remote part of Leesburg, please keep in mind Ubers will be hard to come by once at the venue.

Can I take the shuttle if not staying at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We welcome any guests to take advantage of the shuttle. For locals or guests staying at nearby hotels: Ubers are much more accessible once in the Reston area. There is also ample free parking on the weekends in the park RTC garages in Reston Town Center.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so plan your footwear accordingly! The cocktail hour and reception will flow between indoors & outdoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that only those who are listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for your understanding!

Due to space limitations we are only able to accommodate guests named on your invitation. We thank you for understanding!
