When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 25.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your kids, but the wedding is an adults-only celebration. We hope you can still join us! Your kids are welcome to join us the night before at Right Brain Brewery.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:30 to allow time to be seated for the 5pm ceremony start.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please make a note in your RSVP for any dietary restrictions. Please reach out to Ben or Jenna if you have further concerns.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking available at Bluebridge and cars may be left overnight if required.
Question
Will the Wedding be Inside or Outside?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be inside but cocktail hour will be outside. Special considerations for high heels are not needed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we will provide transportation to and from the ceremony/reception if you are staying at the Park Place Hotel or the Baymont by Wyndham Traverse City. We ask that you indicate whether you plan to take the provided shuttle in the RSVP.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Ben and Jenna will be at Right Brain Brewery the night before the wedding for anyone that would like to stop by. Check out the Schedule Page for more information.

Do I need to rent a car if I'm flying in?
Answer
This is up to personal preference! We will provide transportation to and from the venue if you are staying at the Park Place or Baymont Hotel and the Park Place provide shuttle service to and from the airport. If you are looking to explore more of the surrounding area, checking out Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leelanau or Old Mission peninsula, you may wish to rent a car. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are available in the area but can be challenging to get.
