Joseph and Alyssa’s story began at work in August of 2023. Just two coworkers who had no idea what the year ahead had in store. It wasn’t long before friendly conversations turned into long talks and laughter outside the workplace. By that September, the two were spending more and more time together, and it quickly became clear that something special was growing between them. On New Year’s Eve in Boston, under a sky lit with fireworks, Joseph asked Alyssa to be his girlfriend. This marked the start of a love that would only keep getting stronger. Their first big adventure together came a few months later, when they traveled to Aruba with Joseph’s parents. Soaking up the sun, the ocean breeze, and plenty of memories they’ll cherish forever. After that trip, Joseph and Alyssa grew even closer they shared quiet nights at home, karaoke performances, spontaneous date nights, and endless laughter along the way. Every season brought new memories, and it became clear they’d found their forever person in each other. Then, on January 18th, 2025, their hearts grew even fuller when they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Emerson Parker Jenkins. Becoming parents has been the most meaningful and joyful chapter of their story so far, now and forever. They can’t wait to begin the next one as husband and wife!
