GlobalGiving is on a mission to accelerate community-led change around the world. Founded in 2002, GlobalGiving makes it easy and safe for anyone to give to vetted nonprofits working to educate children, preserve the environment, build houses, train women (and men) with job skills, and do hundreds of other amazing things in 170+ countries on all seven continents. GlobalGiving is a top-rated charity on Charity Navigator and is accredited by the BBB Wise Giving Alliance.

Give the gift of giving! GlobalGiving gift cards let the couple support a cause meaningful to them anywhere in the world. When you purchase a charitable gift card, you're making a US-tax deductible donation and the couple gets to allocate that donation to the vetted, community-led charity (or charities) of their choice. Since 2002, GlobalGiving has raised more than $1 billion for nearly 40,000 projects in 175 countries (and all seven continents!)

The Climate Action Fund elevates the work of local climate champions in the fight to conserve our planet's resources, spread environmental justice, and raise awareness in the face of climate change. From Fiji to Kenya, these community-led projects are best positioned to help individuals and communities most affected by global climate change.
Global climate change has drastically impacted the lives of people around the world, and rising levels of greenhouse gas emissions threaten irreversible consequences to the Earth's climate systems. With the future of our planet at stake, the time for action is now. Human activities including pollution, overpopulation, and unsustainable agricultural practices have played a pivotal role in our planet's shifting climate patterns. Natural disasters closely tied to climate change such as cyclones, tsunamis, and floods have increased in scale and frequency. More than 1 million species of plants and animals are at risk of extinction, threatening the stability of global ecosystems. In order to restore and protect nature, transformative action is needed.
With enough technological innovation and political willpower, it is still possible to protect our planet by limiting the increase in global mean temperature to two degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels. But it cannot and - importantly - should not be done in isolation. Supporting local conservation efforts in areas most threatened by climate change is imperative to preserve the Earth's future.
GlobalGiving is one of the most reliable and trustworthy charities in the world. They have a four-star rating and nearly perfect score from Charity Navigator due to their stability, efficiency, sustainability, and commitment to transparency, in addition to accreditation from the BBB Wise Giving Alliance. Their funds have been recommended by the New York Times, the Associated Press, NPR, Washington Post, Oprah, ABC News, and the US State Department.
