How do I participate in the Bears vs. Packers Football Square Fundraiser?

Answer

Squares are $20 each. Copy & paste this link in your web browser to view available squares: shorturl.at/oDLT6 Once you've picked a square, email jenelle.hardtke@gmail.com or text me. I'll mark your square and arrange for payment. You can pay me via Zelle, cash, or check or you can Venmo @Lombard-Juniors directly. Please just note that it's for the Metcalf Fundraiser. 50% of the proceeds will go to the Lombard Junior Philanthropic Fund, and the other 50% will be distributed among to the winners. Unsold squares that win will have the money donated back to LJPF. WINNINGS BREAKDOWN End of 1st, 2nd & 3rd Quarter: $200 each End of Game: $400 Payout to LJPF: $1,000

What's the menu on Sunday?

Answer

Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted with our signature cocktail and passed hors d'oeuvres. There will be plenty of chips and guacamole -- Jenelle's fav! Below is the menu for the event, served buffet style. Pan Frances - Brioche French toast with caramel sauce and a strawberry compote, topped with powdered sugar Chilaquiles - Eggs with corn tortillas simmered in salsa, topped with sour cream, queso fresco, onion, & cilantro Enchilas Rojas - Corn tortillas filled with melted Chihuahua cheese, covered in roasted tomato sauce and topped with radish, onion & cilantro Steak Fajitas - Sautéed grilled red and green bell peppers, poblano peppers, and red onion garnished with grilled "Cebollitas" Pollo Chipotle - Grilled chicken breast with a creamy chipotle sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini, topped with crispy onions. Dessert will be served around 2:30.
