We had one of our early date nights here. We love their food and craft beer menu. We highly recommend the pretzels with cheese, chicken sandwiches, and Hazy IPA.
Jason fondly remembers visiting this museum as a kid. We visited the museum and the butterfly exhibit.
This place is a great choice for wine tasting and enjoying great food for brunch, lunch, or dinner. It is in the Rice Village shopping district, so you can enjoy a little shopping on your trip.
Another delicious brewery! But also, a delicious restaurant with a great view of the downtown Houston skyline from the third floor.
Houston is called Space City for a reason!
The Galleria is a destination for shoppers. This three-story mall has almost every store you can think of, from casual to high-end. It also includes several restaurants and an ice skating rink.
The Boardwalk at Towne Lake is a nice downtown area very close to our house. You can enjoy a Michigan favorite - Kilwin's Ice Cream, as well as many other restaurants. It has a pretty view of the lake too.
Love their BBQ, especially their mac and cheese!
By far one of the best places for BBQ in Houston!
For a taste of Michigan in Texas, try Kilwin's ice cream at the Towne Lake Boardwalk.
El Tiempo has several locations around Houston. Best for fajitas and their green salsa!
Great area for shopping with almost every store you can think of and lots of restaurants. It can be very crowded here and hard to find a parking spot. I suggest parking in the brown lot at Sak's Fifth Avenue if you decide to venture here.
Great Italian food. Big fan of the chicken pesto pasta.
