When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. We would appreciate a reply no later than September 1, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, so please arrive a little early. We will start on time, so feel free to spend some time in the air conditioned venue before taking your seat for the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have limited attendance to only significant others to ensure we can accommodate all of our friends and family. Your invitation will advise you on how many spots we have saved for you!

Are kids welcome?

While we love kids, we do not have room to accommodate them, so we ask that you leave your little ones at home and enjoy an awesome night out!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is formal - Suits and cocktail dresses or gowns. Don't forget your dancing shoes! The colors white and cream are reserved for the bride.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is ample parking at the wedding venue, which is only 10 minutes from nearby hotels. The venue does not allow overnight parking though. So please plan transportation accordingly. Uber/Lyft are very affordable options if needed. No drinking and driving allowed!

How do I get from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We recommend the use of ride share apps like Uber and Lyft. You may also drive directly to the venue, but you should not park overnight.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, of course! We will provide hors d'oeuvres (two of which are vegetarian) at the cocktail hour following the ceremony. A buffet dinner will be served (chicken and beef entrees), along with wedding cake for dessert. A vegetarian option is available, so please indicate on your RSVP if you would like the vegetarian meal prepared for you. Also, please let us know of any food allergies.

Yes! This will be the highlight of the evening! We are excited for the energy our DJ is going to bring to the event. Please feel free to provide song suggestions on your RSVP!
