First Landing State Park
We love walking the trails, kayaking, and swimming in the water at The Narrows. There are tons of walking and biking trails, a parking lot next to the beach area, and a boat/kayak launch. It's a beautiful place for anybody wanting to get outside!

Bay Shore Beach
Neighborhood Parking. This is the bay, so it is calm water with no waves and is typically warmer than the ocean.

Jen teaches yoga at this studio, and it is a beautiful studio to practice in with a variety of different types of yoga classes for all experience levels! Hot, warm, and non-heated classes are available. An Out-of-Towner special is available as well!
