Note to those who are staying at the hotel:

After checking in and parking at the hotel, there will be a bus provided to transport you for the rest of the night! The bus will be leaving the hotel at 4:00pm to take you to Brookmeadow Country Club. Please be in the lobby no later than 3:45pm. Once there, just relax because it is a one stop shop for ceremony, dinner, and dancing!
The bus will stay parked at the venue until the night is over and will bring you back to the hotel, where you can join us for an after-party...because the party never ends!
