Our engagement photos were taken just outside of Valley Green Inn, along the Forbidden Drive Trail in Philadelphia's Wissahickon Valley Park.
This trail holds a special place in our hearts. We met in June 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when strict social distancing measures were in place. With few indoor options available, most of our dates early on in our relationship took place outdoors—walking miles together along this very path. It became the backdrop to many of our conversations.
We chose this spot for our engagement photos to honor those early days of our relationship and to celebrate the place where our story began.
