What time should I arrive?

Please be seated by 5:15 for a 5:30 ceremony.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a huge parking lot outside of the Moon Valley Country Club. There is a drop off service right in front of the venue if you prefer to Uber or Lyft.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2024.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be on a covered deck. The cocktail hour will be on a deck. The reception will be inside the air conditioned ballroom. Bring sunglasses! :)

What should I wear?

Answer

Although it is October it will still be HOT in Phoenix! Please wear fall colors, but summer style! Colors like olive green, burnt orange, mustard yellow, chocolate brown, dark blues, or mauve. Feel free to wear heels as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the tiled deck.

What about gifts?

Answer

Although your presence is the BEST present we could ask for, you may consider contributing to our Honeymoon Fund on this website or a card on the day of would be a huge blessing. Thanks in advance!

Can my child come? Will there be child amenities?

Answer

If you are bringing your child, please text Jena and let her know! We will have a kids area set up and also a kids buffet. There will be a quiet room for sleeping babies (1-2 cribs) that locks. Just bring your camera set up and babies can sleep in there if you want to stay until midnight!

Can I bring a plus 1?

Due to space, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.
