Hotel
This is where we will be staying, and where we have a block of rooms. Please book through the link provided to get the rate. The display is a little confusing but the rate should be available Friday, October 1, Saturday, October 2, and Sunday, October 3. You can also call the hotel and book that way. Travel Note
The hotel is located in a shopping area called Pike & Rose with lots to do! If you do not plan on renting a car, all your basic needs can be met within walking distance of the hotel. If you do want to rent a car parking is available at the hotel for an extra fee. Please let us know if you need assistance arranging transportation to and from the venue. There will not be a shuttle but we are happy to help find a ride or set up a rideshare.
Flight
Both Dulles and BWI are both about a 40 minute drive or rideshare from the hotel. It is possible to take the metro from Dulles but would likely take around 2 hours.
