Where will the wedding events be held?

Answer

All events will be held at The Palm Event Center in Pleasanton, California.

What’s the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in the area available at any time. You're also welcome to drive and park at the venue. We will be offering shuttle service back to the Courtyard after the wedding at 11 pm for those staying overnight at the hotel.

Can I bring a plus one or children?

Answer

We’ve decided to have an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family. Please check your invitation, as any plus ones will be explicitly listed there.

How will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

When you RSVP online, please indicate dietary restrictions. The information you provide here will be passed to the catering team.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding ceremony and reception is formal attire: a suit and tie for gentlemen and a floor-length or midi dress for ladies. Please avoid wearing all white.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Pleasanton in the summer is generally pretty warm. The average temperature is 71 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, with highs of 88 degrees. Evening temperature can be in the mid 50s range.

Can I take pictures with my phone / camera during the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony and request that you turn off all phones and cameras to be fully present with us. We will also have professional photographers and videographers capturing the event. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos before the ceremony begins and during the cocktail hour / reception!

Please submit RSVPs online by April 5, 2024. Visit the "RSVP" tab on this website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive no later than 5 pm PT for the ceremony.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend the hotel block reserved for our wedding at the Courtyard by Marriott Livermore. Check the "Travel" page on our website for more details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are held at the same location with parking available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttle service to the Courtyard after the wedding at 11 pm for those staying at the hotel overnight.
