We did not book blocks of hotel rooms, because there are a few different options of places you can stay. The wedding will be in Webster, NY a suburb of Rochester. There are hotel options close to the wedding, but there is not a lot of night life or things to do. There are a lot more hotel and airbnb options if you stay in the city of Rochester, which is approximately 20 minutes from the wedding reception location.
Flight
ROC Airport
For those friends and family flying into town, the ROC airport is definitely the closest airport. However, depending on where you're flying from, flights might be shorter and/or less expensive to fly info BUF.

We highly recommend looking at Airbnb for a place to stay. There are many affordable options in both downtown Rochester and Webster. It's a great option to book a house with friends and family and have more space. Let us know if you need assistance!
