When should I come? / ¿Cuándo debo llegar?
Answer
We will be at Evergreen starting Tuesday, 8/4. We would love if guests come Thursday at the latest so we can maximize our fun together! Nosotros estaremos en Evergreen a partir del martes, 4 de Agosto. Nos encantaría que los invitados lleguen a más tardar el jueves para que podamos aprovechar al máximo nuestro tiempo juntos.

When should I book accommodations at Evergreen Lodge by? / ¿Cuándo debo reservar el alojamiento?

We recommend for all guests to book accommodations as soon as possible, as Yosemite is a very popular travel destination, especially in the summer months. The room block we have separated will be available until April 15th. Recomendamos que todos los invitados reserven su alojamiento lo mas antes posible, ya que Yosemite es un destino turístico muy popular, especialmente durante los meses de verano. El bloque de habitaciones que hemos reservado estará disponible hasta el 15 de Abril.

What if my desired room type is not available when using the group code provided? / ¿Qué pasa si el tipo de habitación que deseo no está disponible?

We recommend calling Evergreen Lodge if you run into this issue, as they may have additional rooms available to the public. Don't worry, you can still use the group code :) Recomendamos llamar a Evergreen Lodge, ya que podrían tener habitaciones adicionales disponibles para el público. We love your little ones but the wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday are adult only events. Children are more than welcome to stay at Evergreen Lodge and attend the welcome events on Thursday and Friday. Is there transportation for the wedding? / ¿Habrá transporte para la boda?
Answer
All wedding activities will take place at Evergreen Lodge and are within a short walking distance of cabins. For this reason, there will be no transportation provided. If you choose to stay elsewhere, there is plenty of parking available. Please be advised that there are no ubers. Todas las actividades de la boda se llevarán a cabo en Evergreen Lodge y se encuentran a poca distancia de las cabañas. Por esta razón, no se proporcionará transporte.
