Yes, water and ice is considered safe when served at the resort. Avoid drinking tap water. When traveling off of the resort property, only drink bottled water and do not eat ice!
It is recommended to make dining reservations upon arrival to the resort. Children are only permitted on the Generations end of the property, Adults have access to all restaurants throughout the property.
Yes, you can. On the day of the event (4/29/23), you are permitted on the property 30 min prior to the ceremony and must leave at the end of the reception (~11pm) for no fee. If you plan to arrive any sooner than 30 min prior to the ceremony, you will need to purchase a resort day pass for $95. If you are staying at a different resort and want to come hang out at Generations/El Dorado any other day (other than 4/29/23), you will need to purchase a resort day pass for $105. Resort day pass includes all inclusive package (alcoholic drinks & food). *****If you are staying off property, please let us know ASAP*****

Please check if your plan includes service in Mexico. Wifi is included in your all inclusive rate. If your phone uses wifi to make calls and send text messages, you can continue to do so at the resort.
