Lanikai Pillbox
If you want some exercise and to see a beautiful part of the east side, this hiking trail is beginner friendly and takes about 30 minutes! Make sure you go during sunrise or sunset, as it gets very hot during the day. Plus, jump in the bluest water to cool down.
Koko Head Trail
Do you love stairs? This hike is sure to be a leg-burner. Once you get to the top, it is completely worth it. Highly advise to catch the sunrise during this hike!
Hanauma Bay
If you want to snorkel, this is your bay! It does cost to park and enter the bay, with also a mandatory 15 min viewing of an informational video. This bay is safe and very touristy.
Makapuʻu Point Lighthouse Trail
"Push-your-baby-in-a-stroller" kind of hike . . . Gorgeous view of Makapu'u Beach and whale watching. Also, hike down to the tide pools at your own risk!

This restaurant is so wonderful! Located in Turtle Bay, on the gold course. Great place to take a hot date out. On the pricier side, and a great, "a hui hou" (farewell) dinner.
Banzai Sushi Bar
Put your sundress on, pull up to the lit-torches, and grab a pillow to sit on. This sushi bar is a fun place to split a roll and sake with someone you love. You will probably run into Kelly Slater.
The Beet Box Cafe
Scrumptious and aesthetic vegan food! There are two locations: one in Haleiwa and one in Kailua. I recommend the "Hello Burger"!

Crazy good burgers-and-salads-and-milkshakes joint. If you have a sweet tooth, you NEED to try the Banana Bread Sundae. Warning: if you love wild kittens, there are ton that will taunt you and wish you to feed them.
Kahuku Farms
Anything and everything is so beyond scrumptious here - vegan, and all fresh from their farm. Highly recommend the lilikoi butter mochi as a desert.
Waimanalo Beach
Children-friendly beach thats beach is protected by reef, so even when waves are big, it will be small here. Relaaaaax.
Sharks Cove
Get ready to cross off on your bucket list: snorkeling and cave diving. So many caves to swim through!
