We recommend using Groupcarpool to help organize trips from PDX & Portland to Silverton

If you're renting a car in Portland, add your departing time to the groupcarpool link if you're interested in carpooling to and from the airport (PDX), Portland, and Silverton. Other guests can requests a spot in your car.

Shuttle

Silverton to Farm Shuttle

August 18, 2018 3:45 pm - 4:30 pm

A shuttle will arrive at Silverton Inn & Suites at 3:40pm and depart at 3:45. It will then arrive at Oregon Gardens at 3:50pm and depart at 4:00pm, and arrive at the Benedict Family Farm at 4:30pm. At the end of the night, there will be an early shuttle leaving around 9pm and going back to the two hotels, and a later shuttle leaving around 11:30pm back to downtown Silverton.

Travel Note

Highway Construction in Portland

Portland is doing major road repair on some of the biggest highway ramps in the city. Thankfully most of the repairs contributing to this "Carmageddon" will be over by August 18th, but one major one, I-84 Westbound to I-5 Southbound ramp, will be closed from 10pm on August 17th until August 27th at 5am. This will lead to major traffic delays. So: download the navigation app Waze and do not attempt to get to the farm or through Portland or from the airport without following the app's suggestions!
